DUP Hi Daniele, unfortunately I am not at home, I can only check tonight. Do we need to arrange that you redo it when I know I can test it within 30 minutes, or can I just check tonight after work? Yesterday I did update the channel list and redo the whole tuning, and made no change. I will definitely do it again tonight, but hopefully you don’t have to send the rights again tonight? DUP Daniele_Sunrise Hi Daniele, unfortunately it hasn’t changed. I also redid the tuning, took out the card, tried another slot etc, all those channels are still displaying “Encrypter, CAM and Smart Card….”. Anything else you can do please?

DUP Hi Daniele, I use it in Zurich, specifically to look at British channels like BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Four/Ceebies, ITV, Channel 4, E4 etc. I will try tonight again and tell you exactly the error message🙂 Thanks again for trying
DUP The error message is “Encrypted. CAM and Smart Card that are required for this channel are not inserted”.
Daniele_Sunrise DUP As a last step we have completely removed your DigiCard from the system and reactivated it. The installation is halfway done. A small part is still missing. Can you please test it again afterwards? Greetings Daniele

DUP Daniele_Sunrise Good morning Daniele, unfortunately there is no change. I was wondering how the issue could have happened, as I didn’t touch the card itself or that holder/cartridge that gets inserted. Is it possible that that holder/cartridge is defective? Certainly I could find that on the internet and unless the actual plastic card from UPC is the problem, it could solve the issue? I was also thinking, are you sure you are doing the changes on the right card, should I give you the number? Maybe you have a number on file that it’s the wrong one, as I remember my card was changed at least twice over the years.
