in the last month I could barely get a 20 Mbit/s out of my 250 Mbit/s abo in the afternoon/evening. Testing it today in the morning I get the following result, which is the best I ever got, but is in the morning and anyway far less than what I am paying for.

The results on the wifi are astonishing:

I called your contact center more than once about this problem over wifi, and I was told that maybe my router is broken or very outdated, but I can’t get a new one because I am an old customer and I pay too few. You can bet how happy I was whenI heard these words by the girl at the customer-care center.
