Hallo Marc,
versuche folgendes:
- Entferne Shelly 3EM in dem Shelly APP auf Deinem Smartphone.
- Lösche den Eintrag fuer das betreffende Shelly 3EM in der Router Software.
- Shelly 3EM nochmal auf Werkseinstellung zurücksetzen.
Einstellung am Smartphone:
- WLAN ein.
- Mobile Dienste aus.
- Bluetooth an.
Shelly 3EM neu ein richten:
- Vorhandenes WLAN suchen lassen.
- Nur mit 2.4 Ghz verbinden
- PWD neu eingeben – nicht copy and past

We recommend you to reset your device and include it with the steps below:
Turn off your mobile data before inclusion and ensure that you connect the device to the 2.4Ghz network ( have in mind that your network security settings, should be at least WPA2 )
How to add the device to account:
1. Go to the WI-FI settings of your phone and connect to the Shelly network - shellyswitch-xxxxx
2. Open a web browser and load this IP on the search field - 192.168.33.1
3. Go to Internet &Security and click on WiFi Client Mode. There you must enter the Name (SSID) and password for your WiFi network. (You can add them by DHCP or with Static IP out of the DHCP range) .When you type them, press Connect.
4. Go back to the WiFi settings of your phone and connect to your home network.
5. Open the Shelly Cloud application and in 30 seconds you will see the room “Discovered Devices”. Enter it and you will see your Shelly with its’ ID.
6. Press on Click to add and type a name, select a room and a picture/icon, then press Add Device.
7. You will be prompted if you want to connect your device to the Shelly cloud service.
