OK, thanks for the information. That's a bit weird, but I'm not in a massive rush :) FYI: The technical support website does not appear to working properly either - which is why I posted here. It seems you haven’t understood me correctly. I need to enable IPv6 and work on the company’s router, not an external device. When I tested IPv6, it didn’t work. It’s disabled, and I need it working.

mohammed Unfortunately, I can’t set anything else. If you access the DHCP section of the modem, you will see that you have activated both (internally). externally you have an IPv6 IP address.

Please note that the modem assigns IPv6 addresses. If your network card is only set to IPv4, it will not receive an IPv6 address.

Here you can see, for example, that two of your devices that are online are using IPv4 and IPv6.
