The exact same thing is happening to me, it works for a while and then not at all, forcing me to switch to 5G. It’s becoming quite unbearable. They changed a few settings on my box (like disabling IPv6, but it doesn’t change anything), by the way, at the time of the change, the connection was never so catastrophic.
Tomorrow, I have a scheduled call with one of their technicians. I’m going to confirm that it’s still not working and see about cancelling. They normally have to make a ticket for “level 2”, but I don’t think that’s going to change anything. The situation is starting to irritate me, especially the fact that I’m paying for a service I don’t have today.
