I am trying to reconnect a Gardena Smart Gateway to my UPC router

It had worked in the past, but is now having problems.

Gardena says that the smart gateway requires the following free outgoing ports on the Internet router:, but I can’t see on the connect box: http://192.168.0.1/?wifi_radio&mid=WirelessSignal how to see / change these settings

 

Please help

 

- Port 53 (DNS)

- Port 67/68 UDP (DHCP)

- Port 123 TCP & UDP (NTP)

- Port 80 TCP (HTTP)

- Port 443 TCP (VPN)

The incoming ports can be blocked.

    We have no way of setting port forwarding for you. However, we have step-by-step instructions so that you can open the ports yourself. You can find them here. Can you please test it once and let me know as soon as you have done this? If the port forwarding does not work, I can check this.
