Dear Sunrise,

I would like to change the password of my wi-fi. I have been searching in MySunrise and I also tried 2 different links as described in your FAQ, but the links don’t work and in MySunrise it doesn’t look possible.

Could you provide me with the right info to change the wi-fi password?

    58987 You can find the instructions for changing the password for your modem here. Basically you have to log into your modem as described in the instructions.

    Thank you Daniele. Currently, both solutions don’t work:

    1. Via internet browser 192.168.1.1 it can’t find the page, also not when I switch off all VPN features.
    2. Happy to see there is an app, but also here it gives an error from your side (as written)

    Could you please let me know, when the errors are solved? I tried now for 2 days.

      58987 Could you please enter this IP in your browser: 192.168.0.1 ? This should give you access to your modem.

      Thanks for your reply. This IP 192.168.0.1 in my browser works, but my login doesn’t work. I’m not a UPC customer, anymore (is written on the page at the login). I also tried the Connect app again, also still not working. Other solutions?

        58987 Can you please use the password that is shown on the bottom of the modem? If it does not work, please perform a reset according to these instructions, then try it again.

        Unfortunately, it is still not working after the reset. I switched it off / on and after I also pressed the reset button, nothing changed. I still can’t login via the Connect app and I still can’t login via the browser.

          58987 I have now reset your modem. Can you please test it one last time in a few minutes. The password is labeled “Settings password” on the bottom of the page. If it still does not work, please contact our support 0800 707 707 for an in-depth analysis of your issue.

          Thank you Daniele. It worked now via the browser. FYI the Connect app is still not working, but is not relevant for me anymore.
