8109630762 I have just deactivated the UPnP service. Please restart the modem. The port forwarding will then be deleted.

Thanks Daniele,

all working as expected from setting up port forwarding (using Synolgoy through UPnP to configure the router). Once exception: on port 5001 (https://michaelgerberzh.synology.me:5001) I get a

michaelgerberzh.synology.me refused to connect

which seams to be blocke by the router. The other ports working fine - strange.

Any idea what the problem could be?

8109630762 I have just opened port 5001 manually on a modem. Can you please test it? I would also ask you to check whether port 5001 is open in the firewall of your NAS.

8109630762 Of course you are. You can find the instructions here. Please note, however, that if a port has been opened by the UPnP, you cannot enter it again manually. I recommend entering the ports manually and deactivating the UPnp. This will give you better control of your open ports.
