Hi,

I have received an email saying that UPC has done a mistake and instead of sending me the invoice via email. they send me the invoice via mail, charged me for the mail costs (which should not happen !) and they will deduct the amount from next invoice.

I dont have this invoice - it didnt reach me via mail. The inoice number is N° de facture :

Can you send this invoice via email pls ? So that I can pay !

Thanks for your message! I’ve checked your problem with our support and they will send you the invoice again. You should receive it within the next days.

Michael, I really dont understand it and I delete the messages.

I am travelling tomorrow and will not be able to check my mailbox at home for 2 months. That is why I have asked for the invoices to be sent via email. Please send this 3in1 cable quarterly invoice( the customer serv rep shared me the amount 104.85CHF) but I dont know the details - I need the orange slip pls.

Can someone please send this invoice ? I have spoken to you guys on the phone last week and you told me you will send it to my email address ! Still I dont have the invoice.

And please stop sending me messages in German - I dont speak German 🙂
