I have received an email saying that UPC has done a mistake and instead of sending me the invoice via email. they send me the invoice via mail, charged me for the mail costs (which should not happen !) and they will deduct the amount from next invoice.
I dont have this invoice - it didnt reach me via mail. The inoice number is N° de facture :
