Unable to make port forwarding to work

Hello, I am trying to forward a couple of ports to my Raspberry Pi like this:

I tried to reset the router and then try to ssh (port 2705 mapped to 22) from my phone (using the carrier’s internet connection) and I doesn’t work. I also tried online websites for checking whether my port is open… no banana.

Any ideas? My router is the Technicolor TC7200 U

Hi @OneU,

I don’t speak very well English, excuse me in advance.

If many configurations options (Forwarding, …) are missing in your router, it’s surely because your internet connection has been migrated to IPv6. You have now only a range of public’s IPv6 and no public IPv4.

Can you check this point ?

Since the DMZ config was only possible on IPv4 does it mean that this feature is not available any more on IPv6? If so, why?

Thanks for trying. One more thing to note is that it looks like I am missing many configuration options… I saw some pictures of the router web UI that have way more options than mine. Maybe it’d be good to update the firmware…

Yes, I still need help. I don’t see any option regarding DMZ or bridge in the router. What I did was disable WAN blocking too though. Not sure why this should be related to ipv4/ipv6. I can ssh using ipv4 in my local network so the router should be able to also see those ips and redirect packages.

I tried to search some informations in order to help you, but as I’m not an expert I’m not sure if it will work and help a lot.

Do you check if it is not a trouble with the IPv4 or/and IPv6? Problem with the DMZ? Bridge Mode?

As I said, I’m not an expert. If someone with a better knowledge can help you, it would be great 🙂

I can’t enable bridge mode on my modem with IPv6. So it only works with IPv4.
