dovnahk I would like to change the frequency band of my Connect Box, but I am not able to log in. The password on the bottom of my Connect Box is not working. Is there something I’m missing?
Daniele_Sunrise dovnahk Welcome to the community! If the settings password below the modem does not work, it has been changed. To be able to use the settings password again, you must reset the modem. You can find instructions here. Greetings Daniele
