Me either - we have NOT been able to watch English and Russian channels for several days. I beleive that this problem is not with us, it’s with UPC Cablecom. If it was problem with media box we would not be able to watch other channels, I think. On TV screen a message appears on a banner saying we have to subscribe to watch this channels, which we subscribed already.
Also we do not have an access to On Demand - the LED light with message OFFLINE appears on the box.
So we the error 2010, and 6010. I suspect that these errors are since WiFi-free and UPC phone introduced.
I am not very happy with UPC Cablecom in general. If we call them we get someone who’s in Portugal or in Austria that has no clue about Naxoo shop… They are kind but not very useful, I afraid.
Though UPC Cablecom tries all sort of interesting things like UPC phone, wifi-free etc… I found that phone connection is bad, TV channels are messy. If their service continues like that I will consider to return to Swisscom. Swisscom service is good quality and reliable.
