I set up connect box 2(using HFC) and realized my ping was higher than the internet box(using DSL). I performed different tests, and I think this is because of the new modem or HFC issue. As a gamer, the ping has a crucial factor for me, therefore would it be possible to keep the old modem and return the new one?
