Yes I’ve followed it. Step 3 is not completed. I never receive the confirmation email. Checked also the spam folder.
I unregistered/re- registered more than 3 times. It never works.

Marikas Please check the status of the registration in your e-banking after 1-2 days. If it is not listed, please contact your bank so they can check the registration with you.

Hello Danielle,
Sunrise AG is listed in my e-bill invoice issuers but no invoice received.
So I don’t receive the notification to pay the bill and have to go to the sunrise app and download the bill. This started when I changed bank. I registered to the new e bill in BKB. Since then its not working.
I also haven’t received any confirmation email that I successfully registered.

Marikas The last bill is dated 01.11.2022. Was the adjustment of the new bank made after this date? If yes, can we wait for 01/12/2022 and check if the new bill appears in the e-bill?
