Im having problems since 1 or 2 months ago, that my internet connection gets disconnected or it goes so badly that i just wont work, when i do the speed test (ethernet connection) the upload speed can go down as miserable as 1.25 mb. Before it was mostly at nights from 20h to 23h and then its coming to be mostly all day, in different ours. I have called the support line but they definitely are just 1st level support that really dont know much more then disconnecting wifi and restarting the router, the only solution they give me is change the small coaxial cable from router to socket on the wall, change router as last resource and if it keeps failing they cant do anything about it!! Even doe the problem is not mine. Im guessing the problem has to be with not enough bandwith for the place where i am for the amount of people having UPC.
I hope i can get a solution.
