Heres a screen shot, only me connected with wired connection, wifi disable.. That took me 10 tries because the upload speed is jus garbage. Have to restart every time the router so it can go back to normal for a moment and then it happens again.

Hello Daniele_Sunrise, The technician was here just now and said the amplifier was too old and had to change it. Would you be kind to see if the values are optimal now*? We checked the speed on the amplifier and it was 1Giga download and 70Mbps on upload. But i basically on the router see almost the same dBmV on upload and same T3 timeouts.

durak The T3 timeouts are quite normal and you will always have them in the logs. The signal has been leveled and it is fine.

Please perform a speed test series according to the following instructions and report back here with the CNLAB UID for further analysis.

After test for long times and periods, at first it was still kind of bad and then it stabilizes. Sometimes the upload speed drops, but at least i dont get disconnections for it, so its ok.

I guess we can close this ticket and if it happens again open a new one or just reopen this one.

Hi, I think I have the same issue: very fast download speeds and (occasionally) very slow/no upload. Could you check my connection as well? What would you need for this? Thanks!

Hi Daniele_Sunrise ,

I also have the same issues. The connection between 20-00 and 23-00 is impossibly slow and the video calls during the day sometimes interrupt for a minute or few which is very critical.

The laptops are connected through WiFi and I don’t have a possibility of LAN setup since we work in different rooms.

Could you please help resolving the issue?

The signal quality of your modem is fine. As a test, we have made a switch to IPv4, which will be completed in 30 minutes. Afterwards restart your modem. If you have difficulties, perform a modem reset. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back of the modem with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.
