Is there anything that can be done to the issue apart from having different service provider?
Like stated, the problem only occurs when connecting through the connect box. Wireless and wired. There is no problem tethering through phone with UPC sim card in it…
I’m also experiencing the wlan connection to the connect box dying silently. The connection seemingly is there as all devices show the “connected” indicator, but any requests will just hang and eventually timeout.
When this issue occurs, only cures seem to be “wait until it just starts to work again” or switch the wifi off and on again in the connecting device.
This issue has been reproduced on multiple different devices connecting to the box, so it definitely is not an issue with the connecting hardware. (also no such issues while connected to other wifi)
