Hi UPC community,
I’m having problems connecting to my work VPN through the UPC connectbox.
All other devices on my network are ok and my personal VPN maintains connection without any problems. So far I have replaced my connectbox, reinstalled wireless network drivers on my work laptop, then finally replaced my work laptop. Everything I’ve tried seems to work for a couple of days, then starts to encounter problems. I am also able to connect to the work VPN via my connectbox, using my phone as a hotspot, but I would prefer not to have to do this.
Are there any connectbox settings that could be causing the problem?
