Hello everyone.

I´m trying to use Forticlient VPN and it stucks at 10%. It uses port 10443. Any recommendations? Is it Sunrise who has to open the ports at its side?

    If you have the VPN Server running in your network and want to connect from outside, you have to forward the port to the server in the router.

    I don’t have experience with Forticlient VPN, but to forward a port your WAN has to be set to a Public IPv4.
    Is this already the case?

      Hi Maxel182. I want to connect to an external VPN Server with my forticlient client. It is weird, I can connect perfectly if I’m in France, but when I am connected to a WIFI in Switzerland (and I have tried several WIFIs) it does not work, as shown in the image attached:

      Maybe the internet provider is not allowing me to establish the connection through port 10443…
