@jasione , I assume you are talking about this device. I see a network connector (RJ45) on the backside but I don’t know if it can be used as a entry port.
Since we do not have this product, I cannot offer you any further help. In Switzerland you can have the recorder only in combination with the UPC Internet. How it looks like in Romania, I can not tell you.
It might help to check your modem logs to see if your router shows an error message regarding the recorder not getting an IP adress. A factory setting might also help. Otherwise I recommend the UPC TV App. There you can also use a foreign internet.
