hello ramses728
Wellcome to the community.
I suggest you start from scratch.
Reset the Connect Box 3 to factory defaults. Hook up one computer to the Connect Box. Log on to the Connect Box, change your credentials and disable services you do not intend to use like WiFi and UPnP. I would say it's important to disable UPnP. Reboot the Connect Box.
Log on to the Connect Box again and activate DMZ. Use an IP address outside DHCP range, like 192.168.1.2. Reboot the Box again.
Disconnect the Computer from the Connect Box and connect it to your own router. Log on to your router and edit the WAN settings. Make the connection static, IP address 192.168.1.2, Subnet 255.255.255.252, Gateway 192.168.1.1. Edit the DNS to your wish. Now connect the WAN port of your router to port 4 of the Connect Box. Reboot your own router.
Once this is done, test the connection.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
