Connect Box 3 HFC

Dear All, 2 days ago our Sunrise Connect Box router was not under electricity for 1 whole night and once we realised it we reconnected it to the socket. Ever since then the local network is off, devices cannot find each other, streaming platforms are not working - however in general Internet connection works fine.

We have reset the router, run Sunrise diagnostics, but nothing helped.

Anyone has any idea what can be the issue and how can it be resolved?

    try another factory reset by following the instructions

    once the status led on Connect Box 3 is solid white. Connect a computer to a lan port and sign on to the Connect Box 3 (192.168.1.1). The password can be found on the label at the bottom of the Connect Box 3, make sure not to use the WiFi-password to sign on.

    If you were using custom settings for WiFi and the password, change them as you see fit.

    Reboot the Connect Box 3 and wait for the led to be solid white again. Now you should be good to use the WiFi to connect to the Connect Box 3. Check Internet and LAN access.
