hi Cablecom,

I sent  a support request last week and no response so far.

The modem (TC7200)  keeps rebooting multiple times a day and the signal strength is really poor. I get a better signal from my neighbour 2 floors up than i do in direct line of sight of my modem.

I would like to request a replacement please.

Can someone contact me for details?
