Thanks for your answer. I can’t contact this number, since I’m abroad.
Is there a way to solve it through chat? I tried to login with my email address, but it didn’t work – even asking for a temporary code to change my password, I don’t receive it.
Last year, I contacted the customer support via phone regarding my phone number. The credits apparently expired while I was traveling and when I tried to reactivate the phone number, I was unable to do so.
The customer support said they couldn’t help me because they were only able to reactivate my number if I purchased a postpaid plan. I couldn’t keep on because the phone signal was too bad.
How can I reactivate my number and keep using it?
