Last year, I contacted the customer support via phone regarding my phone number. The credits apparently expired while I was traveling and when I tried to reactivate the phone number, I was unable to do so.
The customer support said they couldn’t help me because they were only able to reactivate my number if I purchased a postpaid plan. I couldn’t keep on because the phone signal was too bad.
How can I reactivate my number and keep using it?
