  • Thank you Daniele. It worked now via the browser. FYI the Connect app is still not working, but is not relevant for me anymore.

  • Unfortunately, it is still not working after the reset. I switched it off / on and after I also pressed the reset button, nothing changed. I still can’t login via the Connect app and I still can’t login via the browser.

      Thanks for your reply. This IP 192.168.0.1 in my browser works, but my login doesn’t work. I’m not a UPC customer, anymore (is written on the page at the login). I also tried the Connect app again, also still not working. Other solutions?

      • Thank you Daniele. Currently, both solutions don’t work:

        1. Via internet browser 192.168.1.1 it can’t find the page, also not when I switch off all VPN features.
        2. Happy to see there is an app, but also here it gives an error from your side (as written)

        Could you please let me know, when the errors are solved? I tried now for 2 days.

          I would like to change the password of my wi-fi. I have been searching in MySunrise and I also tried 2 different links as described in your FAQ, but the links don’t work and in MySunrise it doesn’t look possible.

          Could you provide me with the right info to change the wi-fi password?

                I recently became a Sunrise customer (I used to be a UPC customer). I see in my subscriptions that I have should have ‘Internet, TV, & Phone’. Phone we don’t use, but TV would be useful sometimes, however we don’t have a Sunrise TV box. Could you check my subscriptions and let me know what to do to receive the Sunrise TV box?

                • Dear all, I’m customer of UPC for internet Abo Happy Home 600. According to the Abo I should have the following internet speed: “Speed Herunterladen 600 Mbps, Upload 60 Mbps”, but in reality it looks like it is more than 6 times less. I did several speedtests (among others with the by UPC recommended cnlab UX Test) and the maximum download speed is around 90 Mbit/s. Upload speed is around 60 Mbit/s, so that is according to the Abo. Obviously, I used a cable to do the speedtest and I also checked the speed with and without VPN. Any ideas why the download speed is 90 Mbit/s instead of 600? Kind regards, a UPC customer
