Hello,

How do I get my account on this community deleted with all associated data destroyed? No such button in profile or settings, and your emails come from “noreply@community.sunrise.ch”. Thanks

@Daniele_Sunrise The guide instructs to use the “Erase profile” button in the profile page linked, but there’s no such button on my profile page, or when I follow that link. That guide is either outdated, or you have configured my account in a way to prevent it.

MicheleM We sincerely apologize for the error. The GDPR extension was not active. In addition, there is now an error in the translations, and our developers have been informed of this. You are now welcome to request deletion. The fields are not translated, but with the instructions you will know what to enter where.

The delete function will work again with corrected translations in 24 hours according to the instructions.
