Connect Box 2

We are having new Sunrise connect box 2.

After following the installation instructions the device is still not working (even after waiting 3h it is still green light flashing). What’s the problem?

We were reporting the problem with the TV box for months. Many hours were spent on the calls (with people barely speaking German) and no one was able to help to resolve the problem (we were paying during this month for the service which was not delivered was us). After that, the new TV connector together with Sunrise Connect box 2 was sent. Now not even the TV box is working, but now the internet is not working as well. So instead of the resolution of one problem, we had two problems!

My patience with Sunrise Service is really on the end of my nerves. During the movement last year, Sunrise changed my customer number ( I do not know why), and problems start! Now I am not even able to call without having issues finding me in the database, so calls with the service take ages! I do not mention the charge with I get after moving. 6 months after the move I had to pay 100CHF for each old device (TV and modem) from the old address, despite the fact they were sent to Sunrise immediately after the move.

Now in a magic way they were finally “found by the Sunrise”….

I would really expect a better customer experience and immediate help with the resolutions of the described problems, otherwise, I do not see any option than change the provider to the more reliable one.

    Please contact our support on 0800 707 707. They will check together with you on the phone if your junction box is sealed and if necessary call a technician.

    The issue has been reported on 1st May.

    Today we have 7th June and the problem is still not resolved.

    We were promised to get from Sunrise a technician to unplug the cable connection for the new modem and at the same time ask to continue to use the old modem until we get the new modem up and running.

    Today new modem is not working and on top of everything, the old modem was deactivated without any notice!

    This is not the service I am expecting for such a price and I am very disappointed!

    @Sunrise could you please those issues properly?
