Hi elpropio
--> please find my answers below
Hello phil_m,
I would answer in English because it is easier for me to help.
- About your comment: “Dann komme ich vom LAN nicht mehr ins Internet.”
1) is your computer connected to the router over copper cable or over WiFi. If is over cable, try to use WiFi and test it again.
2) is your computer getting DHCP or are you forcing it to have static IP? If it’s static IP check your DNS settings.

Answer Phil:
- I have one PC with DHCP copper cable connected to the modem (DHCP range is 80, starts with 192.168.0.10)
- I have a Firewall with fix IP cable connected to the modem (192.168.0.150), behind there is another PC
- I have a NAS with fix IP cable connected to the modem (192.168.0.100)
- Wireless is also allowed
- Then i need Port-Forwarding to the NAS, i use Port Range 60000-62000
Note: this configuration worked perfectly with the old modem.

About your question: “Kann ich manuell ein Firmware Upgrade erzwingen?”
1) No. Only the UPC Team can trigger a firmware change or upgrade.
About your question: “Sonstige Ideen was das Problem sein kann?”
1) Disconnect the router from the electricity and connect it again.
2) In some cases is better to change the configuration of the router and use is as a bridge type so you can put a real firewall behind.

Answer Phil:
- I switch the modem always off over night
- I’ve tryied alreday following combinations:
Router Mode with DHCP –> same issue
Router Mode with Fix-IP –> same issue
Modem Mode with Wireless –> same issue
I also did a complete Reset to factory settings (Hardware Reset Button)
With Port-Forwarding enabled, i have the situation:
All Clients are reachable on LAN
Connection to the modem OK
tracert inside the modem works (so the modem is connected to the Internet)
No Internet for the clients

***********************************************************************************Suggestion:
Please trigger a firmware update (Reinstall) on the Modem.
You can do it this Monday between 0800 and 1400
Or you can do it Tuesday/Wednesday whole day
You dont need to keep the configuration.

Phil
