My Giga Box frequently started displaying red light, as the result internet stops working. In case I try to reboot it, it goes blinking white and then shorty turns red. Sometimes it works after a couple of reboots, but recently I spend half of the day rebooting it in order to make it work (currently it is not working since a couple of hours). Customer number: 6728899.

I have the same problem. If I restart the modem, the white light disappears after a few minutes and the red one remains all the time. I still have internet though.

Hi,

As I already mentioned 7 months ago, my Connect Box main light has been constantly displaying red, but it works fine if I just do internet surfing. When everyone is connected and downloads games or whatever, then it turns off completely (like right now). Something is wrong with that Connect Box for sure.

Could you please initiate replacement of my modem.

Hello,

I have the very same problem: red LED on the box. In the modem settings it says over-heating. If we use the internet / wifi a lot, the box will shutdown randomly. When we re-start the LED is stil red…It has been few weeks like that.

We also work from home and this is a big issue. Can you please do a modem exchange ? Customer number is 7518021638.
