Since we do not have Sunrise system access yet, we ask you to request the switch to IPv4 via Sunrise Support 0800 707 707.

Dear Sunrise

I called the Support number to activate IPV4 so i can set my modem to bridge mode. I had the feeling the support person did not understand what to do. Since the my router booted a few times but I lost my access (new password and password on the router do not work). I also got a notification by email that my subscription was changed, i did not ask for a change.

i wait for callback. But may I know what exactly the problem is ?

Switching to IPv4 may trigger one or more restarts. Unfortunately I can’t measure your modem to check it. Please perform a modem reset. Press the reset button on the back of the modem gently with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Daniele_Sunrise Super, nach einem Reboot konnte ich den Router auf Bridge mode umstellen. Danke fuer die schnelle Hilfe !

Hi all, hi Daniele

I have moved from UPC to Sunrise and have received the Connect Box 2 late June 22.

In my house I have a LAN, and and 3 RT-AC68U connected to the LAN. Connect Box works fine, connected to LAN.

I have difficulties tio set up the Airmesh with the Connect Box… somehow it worked with UPC … but now I am lost.

Cetrainly I am not the only one with these issues …

Help appreciated - wife and kids are about to kill me for not providing (sytem relevant) WIFI :-)

Ich habe gerade die neue Hardware bekommen.
Die Surise-Aktivierung erfolgt per 1. Dezember. 2022

Da heute mit UPC schon in Bridge-Modus und IPv4 arbeite, möchte ich die gleiche Struktur hinterm Modem behalten.

Wäre es möglich im Voraus diese Einstellung zu konfigurieren? Wenn Ja, schicke ich Dir die ensprechende PN. Danke!

Wir können die Aufschaltung von IPv4 erst einleiten, wenn das neue Modem entgegengenommen und installiert wurde. Bitte melde dich danach bei mir oder dem @Sunrise_Team für die Umstellung.
