Dear Sunrise
I called the Support number to activate IPV4 so i can set my modem to bridge mode. I had the feeling the support person did not understand what to do. Since the my router booted a few times but I lost my access (new password and password on the router do not work). I also got a notification by email that my subscription was changed, i did not ask for a change.
i wait for callback. But may I know what exactly the problem is ?
