Internet packed up last Monday. UPC did a ‘diagnosis’ and said it was the cable. They sent one but didn’t tell me the tracking number and seems they didn’t tell the Post my address. Finally picked it up today in person. It was not the cable obviously. After many hours got a new box from Naxoo. This doesn’t fix the problem either.. Calling tech support is a waste of time since they never answer and the admin side is shut. A technician needs to come since we need the connection for work but how do I get one to come?
Whilst we are at it, perhaps someone can also give me a good reason why I shouldn’t cancel UPC;;?
