Swich to IPv4 + Bridge Mode + NO CGNAT

Hi Sunrise Team,

I have a Connect Box 3 on an HFC/coaxial connection and would like to use my own router in Bridge/Modem Mode.

Could you please switch my connection to IPv4 so Bridge Mode becomes available, and also remove CGNAT / provide a public dynamic IPv4 address? I need inbound connectivity for services such as VPN access.

I understand that a fixed/static IP is not required; a public dynamic IPv4 address without CGNAT is sufficient.

I previously contacted the hotline, but I was told this might only be possible for Business customers. However, I have seen other Sunrise residential HFC customers on this forum being switched to IPv4 + NO CGNAT in order to use their own router and Bridge Mode + inbound connectivity for services.

Please let me know if you need my customer number, modem MAC address, or any other account details by private message.

We have switched to IPv4, and the process will be complete in a few minutes. After that, Bridge Mode will be available to you.
