Hello, I received two identification emails, but both links give the same error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I have tried several times and the identification page still won’t open.

Could you please send me a working link or let me know if there is another way to complete the identification process?

I would also like to know if my order is still being processed, as I was told the phone would be delivered within 2–3 business days.

Daniele_Sunrise Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I cannot call because I don’t have an active phone service yet. I have already contacted your chat support, and they opened an IT ticket because both identification links return the same error (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET). Could you please check the status of that ticket or arrange another way to complete the identification?

Yeekoockirr38 Please use a phone belonging to a coworker, a restaurant, or a neighbor. I can’t restart the verification process from here because the links expire quickly.

The real question is, how do I know if my purchase was approved or not? in the meantime I managed to do the verification, but I still have no information.
