I currently have Sunrise fiber internet. I am trying to change my address online but the system is only offering me a cable connection at the new apartment, even though I have fiber connection there also. Fiber shows available when you do the address search, but it doesn’t actually offer me this option when doing the “change address” process from MySunrise. There is no way to override the “Kabelanschluss” selection and enter the new OTO number. I do not want to downgrade to coax cable and want to keep my existing products/modem/etc. I am moving soon and would like to get this fixed as I need everything running for home office etc - should I call instead or can I go into a Sunrise shop?
