Yes I followed these instructions. When they said “Activate Bluetoth”, I assume I just need to ensure the bluetooth icon is activated and nothing to pair with (Anyway I do not see anything in the list of devices to pair).
I tried also to deactivate Data and Data roaming (I have an option for Data Roaming) but after that there’s no Internet.
From the SBB Freesurf FAQ:
The smartphone always displays the data volume used both during FreeSurf sessions and outside of these sessions. The FreeSurf app cannot influence this. The important thing is that no data volume is charged by the provider or deducted from a data package for the duration of the FreeSurf sessions. You can verify this in the provider’s cockpit.
What I understand is that it is the responsibility of Sunrise to separate the SBB internet traffic from the usual traffic and it pass by the 5G all the time. I guess there’s an issue in the sunrise backend to do proper triage.
