    Hello,

    I cannot hear the caller on my fixed line when he is calling from a fixed line in Europe, evey word is cut.

    Can you please advise as I dont have the same issue when the caller is dialing from his mobile,

      Hello,

      Looks like an issue on the caller side. I don’t know with which provider UPC works for VOIP but I would guess that calls originating from the same country, wheater they are mobile or fixed line, will go through the same gateway… therefore if one works and not the other I guess the issue is on the land line provider of the person there.
