I just moved to my new apartment and I told Sunrise of the move and of the OTO ID.
I then received the connect box 3 without fiber instead of one with fiber. I had fiber at my old apartment (also with Sunrise with the Sunrise Internet Box Fiber Module Set). I don't understand why they would send me a modem that cannot connect to fiber for the new apartment with fiber.
Also there seems to be no way of directly reaching Sunrise (email/chat). Always directed to the discussion board by the website.
