Hi.
I'm really loosing it, after anouncing moving to a new appartment at the beggining of the September its now almost November and I still don't have internet at the new location. The Email stating "Your connections is ready" came early on the day that I choosed to be the moving day. After 10+ calls on support line I'm just disapointed why they can't communicate clearly. It is newly errected building and they're telling me, that a support ticket is open and the "IT Specialist" need to take a look and the line is fine and ready to get connected. When I take a look into modem i see the connections but it's in "NOT ALLOWED" status. Somebody with simmilar experience?
@Daniele_Sunrise can you help please, or at least tell me what is wrong?
