I’m looking for some advice regarding the delivery of my router package.
1. When my subscription was registered, the store entered the wrong address (house number 5 instead of 15). They noticed the mistake and corrected it free of charge.
2. When the technician came to install the router, he confirmed that the system still showed the wrong address and told me he would report it himself.
3. After the first failed delivery attempt, I immediately updated the address to the correct one through the customer portal.
Despite all this, today I received a notification that the router package has been returned to the sender in Germany.
Does anyone know why this happened? And more importantly, is there anything I can do to have the package resent without long delays or extra costs?
