The end of June I was in contact with Sunrise sales person (her name is Bleona) by e-mail, regarding transferring the mobile subscriptions of my 2 children to Sunrise. I have send to her their names, current mobile phone numbers and birthday dates.
I still have no feedback from Sunrise if this transfer will take place or not.
Note that I am still receiving and paying the invoices for my children’s mobile subscription to the their current mobile operators.
My questions:
- Will the mobile subscriptions of my children be transferred to Sunrise? If yes, when?
- When I tried to subscribe my children again to Sunrise and when I entered their mobile phone numbers, there was a message - “This number is already registered with Sunrise. To manage your existing number please login to My Sunrise.”, but my children’s mobile numbers are not part of my Sunrise profile.
Why is that?
