I just ordered a prepaid eSIM for my stay in Switzerland (90 days unlimited) and although I chose the option “90 days unlimited” 90 days of unlimited calls, SMS and high-speed data in Switzerland. CHF 120.-/90 days. on the next screen when I pressed SAVE there is no such “option” only CHF 0,00 prepaid and CHF 19,90 “one time total”. What is happening here? I went with it and paid for the delivery of the eSIM QR code to my address where I’ll be staying in Switzerland , figuring maybe I can add the CHF 120.-/90 days tariff later, with the UNLIMITED90 code. Hope it works.
And here is my problem: I’ve scanned my ID and my face for registration and now I cannot login into “My Sunrise” because:
Receiving a temporary code via e-mail is no longer possible. You need a valid Swiss mobile number to login in to My Sunrise. You can enter a mobile number of any Swiss provider.
What now? That was the whole purpose of ordering an eSIM in the first place, to have a Swiss number for my business trip from day one …. now I’m stuck with huge roaming fees until I get my Sunrise eSIM if it ever shows in my mailbox at my new address.
and there is now chat support or any other instructions what to do ?
