disable ipv6 for port-forward

Ciao a tutti, Sono nuovo di Sunrise e recentemente impostato il mio router senza problemi. Tuttavia, sto cercando di portare avanti un servizio e ho riscontrato un problema. Sembra che la mia connessione stia solo usando IPv6, ma devo inoltrare una porta per un servizio che richiede IPv4. Ho controllato le mie impostazioni del router ma non riesco a trovare un modo chiaro per abilitare o accedere alla port forwarding IPv4. Qualsiasi aiuto sarebbe molto apprezzato! Grazie in anticipo.

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Sunrise and recently set up my router without any issues. However, I’m trying to port forward a service, and I’ve run into a problem. It seems like my connection is only using IPv6, but I need to forward a port for a service that requires IPv4.

I’ve checked my router settings but can’t find a clear way to enable or access IPv4 port forwarding.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We have made the switch to IPv4, which will be completed in a few minutes.

Im trying to configure the ipv4 but seems does not like the ipv4 ip address format?

Any ideas?

giorgos327 You are about to enter IPv4 port filtering, not port forwarding. Is this correct? If not, you can find instructions for port forwarding here.
