Dear All, 2 days ago our Sunrise Connect Box router was not under electricity for 1 whole night and once we realised it we reconnected it to the socket. Ever since then the local network is off, devices cannot find each other, streaming platforms are not working - however in general Internet connection works fine.
We have reset the router, run Sunrise diagnostics, but nothing helped.
Anyone has any idea what can be the issue and how can it be resolved?
