Dear Sunrise Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the 100 CHF fee applied to my invoice this month. Before signing up with Sunrise, I specifically inquired whether any fees would apply if I left the country, as I knew this was a possibility in the future. I was clearly informed that no such fees would be charged, or very low.
Given this prior assurance, I am disappointed to see this charge of 100 CHF now appearing on my invoice. Could you please clarify why this fee has been applied and provide a resolution? I expect Sunrise to honor the information provided at the time of my contract agreement.
