Enabling bridge mode on connect box 3

Ciao, Voglio abilitare il bridge (modalità modem) sulla casella di connessione 3. Ho chiesto di avere IPv4 abilitato per lo stesso motivo. IPv4 sembra essere abilitato ora, ma l'interfaccia del router 192.168.1.1 sembra essere irraggiungibile ora. Ho provato a ripristinare il router ma non funzionava ancora. Qualche assistenza? Grazie

Hello,

I want to enable the bridge (modem mode) on connect box 3. I have requested to have IPv4 enabled for the same reason.

IPv4 seems to be enabled now but the router’s interface 192.168.1.1 seems to be unreachable now.

I tried to reset the router but that still didn’t work.

Any assistance?

192.168.1.1 is the default IP of the Connect Box 3 set in Router Mode.

Once you enable Bridge Mode the IP of the Connect Box 3 changes to 192.168.100.1

A Factory Reset will enable Router Mode and you have to use the password shown on the bottom of the Connect Box 3. In this case connect a computer directly to the Connect Box 3. Do not use the wifi-password, there’s a second one for the login.

I still haven’t enabled bridge mode from the interface myself since I can’t login to the router’s interface.

The first step seems to be only completed from Sunrise which is the transfer from IPv6 to IPv4. After this I am not able to reach neither 192.168.1.1 nor 192.168.100.1

Please make a factory reset.

Once your Connect Box 3 is up and running, connect one computer directly to the Connect Box 3. It should be accessible over 192.168.1.1

I tried this now (reset and connect one computer through ethernet) and I’m still getting: http://192.168.1.1/ is unreachable.

The strange part is that I have internet and I can also ping 192.168.1.1

Is there anything else I can try?

EDIT: I tried a different device and it worked!
