Thank you for merging, I think am pretty sure that’s how things where set up prior to me setting the router to factory defaults last week.
Firstly, if I rewind a couple of weeks the whole set up had worked fine from my new set up at the start of September until when I tried to work from home on Monday 20th Jan.
I don’t think the issue is a WiFi stability issue though. My private MacBook seems to work fine.
To recap on the issues since 20/1:
- I can establish a VPN connection into the office over Sunrise from my work laptop (Win 10 Enterprise x64 22H2)
- Once I connect I can’t do anything at all (page no found erros from Firefox, WebEx messaging fails (can’t find server) and email won’t download).
- If I switch from my Sunrise connection to my mobile data (Quickiline) everything works fine (even with the same VPN session).
- Last week I had our IT people remove and reinstall their Citrix VPN client from my work laptop and that didn’t improve anything.
This is very strange behaviour that I really don’t understand. Interestingly, when you switched the modem to IPc4 earlier things seemed to work.
