I guess someone from your side did something in the meantime…
I scheduled an appointment with a technicien as requested a couple days ago
today I checked to see that my wifi was available and that I could connect to my Connectbox again
I haven’t done anything at all on my side since I opened this thread.
Checking the settings of the connectbox I noticed that a few things has been reset. Most notably the wifi configuration itself has changed. Only 5Ghz is available, the 2.4Ghz is greyed out and I can’t activate it myself
I can still see the name and password I setup for the 2.4Ghz so I know it was available at some point and I used it
Would it be possible to activate it once again as I cannot do it myself
Also, according to the connectbox logs, it has been online only since 2 days ago ? Not sure what’s up with that
