I guess someone from your side did something in the meantime…
I scheduled an appointment with a technicien as requested a couple days ago
today I checked to see that my wifi was available and that I could connect to my Connectbox again
I haven’t done anything at all on my side since I opened this thread.
Checking the settings of the connectbox I noticed that a lot of things has been reset. Most notably the wifi configuration
I had requested a few months ago to allow 2.4GHz wifi to also be available along with 5Ghz, this is no longer the case. Only 5Ghz is available.
Would it be possible to activate it once again as I cannot do it myself (the setting is greyed out) ?
Also, according to the connectbox logs, it has been online only since 2 days ago ? Not sure what’s up with that
