Hello,
I need to set my modem back to IPv4 address so that I can use the Bridge mode.
I’ve found this guide, but I cannot find an e-mail address on which to send my request.

Could someone please help me with this?

There is currently a pending order in the system which is preventing the activation of IPv4. Please contact us again as soon as you have been informed via SMS / email that your products have been fully activated.
